Reporting to the Executive Director (“ED”), the Director of Development is a member of Sacred Heart Center’s (“SHC”) senior management team. The Director of Development will develop and implement the philanthropic strategy for SHC. The Director of Development will work with the ED and the SHC Board to achieve the organization’s development and fundraising goals. The Receptionist is an initial welcoming contact with visitors to the Sacred Heart Center during weekly business hours and will address or refer calls and inquiries to the appropriate staff person. In addition, the Receptionist will supply information to individuals inquiring and assist with administrative duties as assigned.
The After School Program Facilitator will provide appropriate academic and social-emotional support for children and youth ranging from 4 to 12 years old enrolled in Kids of the Corazón, Sacred Heart Center’s after school enrichment program for the children of parents in our adult education classes.
The Bilingual Career Navigator will serve as a vital pillar in the Family Support Program, within the Outreach and Community Initiatives portfolio at Sacred Heart Center. This new position will provide individualized, culturally-affirming case management to enhance the ability of Latino individuals to identify and pursue their employment-related goals and will work very closely with our Bilingual Financial Resources Navigator to help participants achieve long-term financial stability. The Bilingual Career Navigator will work directly with individuals and families and will provide career planning support, entrepreneurship planning, workforce development coaching, help with navigation of educational, training, and job opportunity searches, and assist with educational and job applications and entrepreneurship-based paperwork.

The incumbent will implement the infrastructure and systems needed to support strategic objectives. She or he will be responsible for the oversight of administrative systems including human resources, information technology, recruiting, and physical infrastructure. As a member of the senior management team, the Director of Administration will be involved in a range of strategic planning and internal initiatives. The College and Career Bound Program Facilitator is responsible for preparing, administering and implementing the College and Career Bound (CCB) program at Sacred Heart Center. This is a year-round position that reports to the Youth Programs Coordinator.
