The Operations Coordinator manages the general operations of the Sacred Heart Center and ensures that logistical needs are met. Position will coordinate transportation, large event logistics, facilities, and staff onboarding and development. The Operations Coordinator is an essential part of the smooth daily operations of the Sacred Heart Center.
The Administrative Program Assistant is an initial welcoming contact with visitors to the Sacred Heart Center and will address or refer calls and inquires to the appropriate staff person. In addition, the Administrative Program Assistant provides administrative support to the programs of Sacred Heart Center and to the Executive Director.
The Volunteer Engagement Coordinator is responsible for creating an environment for impactful and positive volunteer engagement at the Sacred Heart Center, thus providing meaningful opportunities for diverse people to further the work of the Center.
The Children’s Program Lead Facilitator is to provide appropriate developmental care and instruction for child and youth ranging from 18 months to 4 years old in one or more of the children’s programs at the Sacred Heart Center.
