Last September I celebrated 60 years as a Jesuit. This coming May I will celebrate 47 years as a priest. In late June I turn 79. I am spending time these days reflecting on Shakespeare’s most frequently quoted passage.
After many months of prayer, discernment, and conversations – especially with my local superior and Provincial, he and I have agreed that now is the appropriate time, after six years of ministering at both Sacred Heart Center and Parish, to move on to the sixth age.
